Control, Microsystems, Microelectronics
The Master Program Control, Microsystems, Microelectronics (CMM) imparts the required knowledge (from both the technical and organizational context) that is necessary for understanding modern automation and communication systems and their relevant components. During the study courses, students learn the basic scientific concepts, methods and the current state of the art of the field. At that, the program focusses on sensors, robotics and automatisation.
Range of Topics
The core of the CMM program is divided into the domains Control Engineering as well as Microelectronics and Microsystems. However, courses in Process automation and Mechatronics, e.g. robot and vehicle control, are also available. All courses provide both theoretical and practical knowledge.
